Terms of Use — Tasdida

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Tasdida app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Tasdida is a football-following app providing live scores, news, lineups, statistics, and predictions. Some features are free; some require a premium subscription.
3. Account
Sign-in is optional and required for certain features. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. Your information must be accurate, and you must not impersonate others.
4. Premium Subscription
Subscriptions and purchases are handled via the Apple App Store and subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the end of the current period, via your Apple account settings. Refunds are handled per Apple's policies.
5. Sports Data and Accuracy
Scores, statistics, and data are sourced from third parties. We make reasonable efforts for accuracy, but errors, delays, or gaps outside our control may occur. Data is not provided as a basis for betting or financial decisions, and we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on it.
6. Predictions
The predictions feature is for entertainment and engagement only. It is not gambling and involves no real-money wagering, and no monetary prizes are awarded for it.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app or attempt to disrupt or hack it, not to post abusive, unlawful, or infringing content via any social feature, and not to scrape or resell the app's data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights to the app, its design, logo, and original content belong to Tasdida. They may not be copied or used without permission.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material updates, we may show an in-app notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute is resolved before its competent courts.
